Sinus Lifting

Sinus lifting, both internal and external approaches are reliable techniques for bone formation where bone height is inadequate and an implant needs to be placed. Dr Monshizadeh can also in some situations place the implant at the same time as the sinus procedure to maximise efficiency and shorten the patients treatment time. Below is an example of a case:

A 57 year old female was referred to Dr Monshizadeh for the placement of two implants in top right posterior region. Due to lack of available bone height an external approach sinus elevation was performed with a combination of autologous and xenogenic bone filler.
